Once we’ve met with you to discuss your needs we’ll advertise for an apprentice in the work area you require. We’ll work with you to put together the details of the placement and source a shortlist of young people for you to interview.
Once you’ve selected the apprentice you’d like to ‘host’, we’ll draw up a contract between Futures Apprenticeship Agency and the apprentice. We’ll ask you to sign a contract with us which will last for the duration of the Apprenticeship training. Futures will arrange for a suitable training company to work with the apprentice during their time with you.
Already sourced your own apprentice? As long as they’re entitled to Apprenticeship funding and they are eligible to work in the UK we’ll sort the rest out.
