The images here are provided to enable you to create visually improved links to the programs and sites that form part of your electronic or virtual library.
 
They enable your organisation to transform the look of your Careers/Connexions zone from using basic underlined hyperlinks (like this: www.sortitonline.com ) into a menu that is easier and more meaningful for your users and more attractive.
 
Graphic and animated buttons:
See here how we use graphic buttons for links on our site, SortItOnline.com. Schools and colleges in Nottinghamshire are welcome to download and resize any of the buttons from the home page of the SortItOnline site for your own use on 'virtual library' developments for links to our sites.
 
 
Using the graphics/logos
You or your ICT Manager will be able to copy and paste these graphics/links to build menus on your websites and desktops. Where necessary, you can also resize the images to meet the requirements of your systems.
 
To enable manipulation of the images, they are provided here in jpeg format. You can either right click on the image and save it as a picture or download the images attached.
 
 
Permission to use these graphics
Connexions and each of the other suppliers have granted permission for Nottinghamshire schools, colleges and other providers to use these graphics, buttons and logos for online links to the programs and sites they represent. You can, therefore, use these logos and images on your organisation’s PC desktops, intranets and websites for this purpose.
 
If you do use these graphics/text or adapted versions of them...
...we would be grateful if you could e-mail us with a link* to public web pages or some screen prints, where you've used them, so that we can see how they're being used in a virtual way in the real world out there!     Many thanks!  
 
For packages or sites from suppliers other than Connexions where a current  licence needs to be in place to operate the software, for example for use with packages like Kudos, JED and Careers Europe, you must not use the logo/graphic if you do not hold that current licence.
 
 
Changes and other uses:
- Other than resizing, please do not alter any of the logos without further, prior permission.
- Permission is not granted for use of these graphics in any other way.
