The documentation for 2011/12 Partnership Agreements with Schools and Collegesbetween Futures and your school or college is available here and includes a number of key sections including:
1. What resources have been allocated to your school
2. What shared Targets for 2011/12 have been agreed with reference to school improvement plan. A standard target could be achievement of Career Mark.
3. Space to pencil in partnership agreement review dates.
4. CEIAG – Details of Delivery within the school with a particular focus on Year 11 and any services purchased by the school from Futures.
The deadline for completion for all Partnership Agreements is 31st October 2011.
There are four versions of the Partnership Agreement together with Partnership Agreement Guidance Notes:
A – College Partnership Agreement
B – Mainstream School Partnership Agreement 11 to 16
C – Mainstream School Partnership Agreement 11 to 18
D - Special School or PRU or Learning Centre Partnership Agreement 11 to 18
